openload, but you will need to keep your views high otherwise your videos will be deleted after 90 days, which is annoying!

You could also upload your videos to a popular tube and then use the embed for your site. However, are you sure you want to risk your entire site's livelihood on a video host keeping your links live? Seems like a recipe for disaster.
