Residential proxies and mobile proxies are fine, but I think, proxy service do not allow to do that

Well the proxies are not the main issue here , you can google for proxies providers (dedicated or even VPN) or just look here in the marketplace , the hard part is to get your opted emails convert for the advertisers of the CPA network , so the main problem is actually getting a targeted email lists that you can use .
also spread your earnings across like 10 CPA networks , if you will only use 1 network you will get eventually banned , keep your conversion rate as low as you can (send fake traffic to the offer) ... there is some old methods here that you can learn from , its a good method for fast cash but always think about scaling it up

So for fake traffic can i just use traffic bot?
And for targeted emails..i think we can purchase email lists from different countries.

As far as I know, for cpa marketing and surveys, 4G residential proxies are pretty useful. You can definitely find your match in the BHW marketplace for proxies based on your home location.

Sounds like you're looking for residential proxies. These offer rotating IP addresses. You'll see different websites offering this when you search 'Residential proxies' in Google
