Help for a website builder beginner !!

I'm preparing to build a new website and i'm really new to this stuff !
I would love if anyone can give me a real experiences advice about a cheap hosting company or a free with decent offers to start with
2- I would love to have any professional or paid newspaper WordPress theme to use it until I get some revenue and buy a paid one as I can't afford to buy one for 50 usd .
Any tutorial from scratch specially if videos from beginning to launch your website !
PS : i already bought a domain and i'm willing to start adsence arbitrage asap !
Can you help me please with anything , advises , tutorials , tools , seo.....etc

Godaddy has cheap hosting. First year is one dollar if you find the good coupon I believe. Domains will always be around 10-15 dollars for .com but there are cheaper ones out there but they won't end in com but in .tk or something like that. Hope this helped
