Help! Facebook is showing the wrong location

It could be due to proxy routing wrong, or exposing information like web RTC or your facebook API, you can change this information or turn it off

I think this is a display error or location error, sometimes Fb system can have error in determining your location, it will not care what the actual Ip is

Use socks5 protocol with DNS hiding function.
Also check what location proxy shows in different services such as whoer, whatismyip etk

I'd guess probably shit proxy or some local network misconfiguration, either system wide or browser

That ain’t a "US static", that’s a "US-themed Bangladesh special"

Please use an anti-detection browser. Check in the browser after you have loaded the proxy.

Please review your profile information, Check your Proxy source again or maybe use North VPN

Yes I am using adspower. if you buy proxy of any country then it will show IP of that country.

Did you set up the proxy in your anti-detect browser profile? It should be configured within the profile first. You can also test it to confirm that you’re using a US IP address.

Please use anti-detection browser. You should change to another proxy and test before operating.

Sometimes an IP address can be assigned the wrong geolocation, this can happen if Iproyal has reused an IP range or there is an error in updating the location information.

Sounds like Facebook is detecting your IP’s true origin or ISP info. Try switching to a different US proxy or provider—IPRoyal’s IP may be flagged or mislocated. Also, clear cookies/cache in your anti-detect browser before logging in. GeoIP mismatch happens often; rotate proxies until Facebook shows the right location.
