Help! ExoClick is sending wrong payment and not admitting to it

Hey guys,

I have been using ExoClick for a while without any issues, After they ditched Paypal payments I switched to crypto (USDC).
It turns out that ever since then they have been transferring less than the invoice value. I got in touch with them and they say there must be fees on my end.
I double-checked and my wallet provider does not charge any fees. My last payment was roughly 10 USDC short and Exoclick keeps insisting they have not subtracted anything.

Does anyone have a similar problem?

Your wallet provider might not charge fees but there are fees for just doing the transaction on the blockchain.

check your gas fees. Some networks are really expensive

There are always some fees when sending crypto, gas fees etc.
We also never get the full invoice amount from companies when they pay in crypto.

you should read the recharge rules,some kind of wallet would make a extra fee when you recharged
