[HELP] Do you know a good payment processor?

Hi guys,

I was about to launch my product on clickbank but got the reply that my kind of product is not allowed to sell on clickbank. (it's a squeeze page generator). So I need to find out a new one to submit my product. I don't want to use paypal since my account was limited once for no reason so I'd consider it as the last solution. I also checked 2co out, they don't allow my kind of product too. So, can anyone suggest me a good payment processor which:
- support wire transfer (check will be too slow and paypal, as I mentioned above)
- support affiliate
