Guys I need help on DMCA ignored hosting providers.
I know they are on marketplace but whats your experience who are the most reliable ones?
Is it risky to pay using my paypal account ? (I don't have a stealth paypal or bitcoin in my wallet :( )

You already inviting trouble if you're paying with your own PP account. You can contact Abelohost from the marketplace. They generally ignore DMCA.
I have used them in the past but only had minor claims.

In the end, your security depends on 2 things.

1. How big is the copyright mess that you are into.
2. The privacy policy of your host. (Despite paying with stealth payment methods, you are not fully protected because, while you administer your websites, your Home IP addresses will still be on their logs). Having anonymous payment is just like adding another layer of security.

In my opinion, Abelohost is a good and economic deal to start your project. Once you grow, get your own Colocation racks from NForce.. :)

Meng , let me know if you are still looking for offshore no dmca hosting.

Yes and you need clear cache of your browser, only 2 ways detect you, this is cache browser and IP.

There is no such thing as 100% anonymous... but that is a good point for an additional level of care.

I would recommend , do not violate the DMCA because you are ignoring the law which might block your website on internet. If you still want to display them then there are hosts but it might happen that the web-hosts are forced to remove those contents from website. You will have to provide the legal notice why you are displaying such contents with justified answers.

Stop saying shit, DMCA is USA based law... It don't applies to all countries in Europe or Asia. Block website on internet? Depends on the country you are, if you are on country outside USA, UK it won't be blocked. If is blocked you can still join by changing DNS servers or Domain.

«web-hosts are forced to remove those contents from website» This is wrong! Wrong! Seriously. You aren't forced to remove anything if you are on Offshore Hosting that ignores DMCA, they don't force anything. You don't need nothing.
Specially if is a linking website, isn't illegal at all.

I recommend you stop saying things you don't know, because DMCA don't aplies always on all countries. It is a USA law! They can refuse take any action related with DMCA Complaints & Abuses.
