You should let him know that you are just getting started and may I know why only Express revenue when there are other newbie friendly cpa networks like Maxbounty
Check offervault.com for other list of networks and also the offers you are interested in running

I came to know about express revenue from offervault itself..so i thought it would be better to have approval for upcoming offers

But why only Express Revenue is the offer exclusive to them only or what?
You can always ask AM on other networks to get the offer but there are many other networks better than Express revenue
If you tell them little earning they are going to ask for proofs anyway and you need to revert back with the answers as without that you arent getting in...
There are a few CPA networks on BHW why not try them?

Check out mylead that's a noob friendly network. Even if you're not earning but you know what you're talking about then you should get approved for most networks. They only accept people that are going to benefit them, show your intentions like what verticals you will promote along with your traffic source. Provide a website (this is why most get denied, no site most likely = no acceptance). Also say that you have attended online courses and classes this will show them that you're learning and more likely to drive them leads.
