[HELP] Basic Adsense Question

Hi!

I have a new adsense account which I created using a youtube channel. The things I would like to know are:
1. Can we attach more then one channel or websites to one adsense account? If yes, then what is the maximum limit (if any)?
2. Which ad have more pay out? Just the small ad which displays at the bottom of the video or the video ad which gets played before the video.

I personally feel that the ad with the video will have a better payout as every viewer will view the ad and I should get paid for each view. Please correct me if I am wrong.

I made 0.5$ in 2 days as I am new to this. Please help me out so that I can scale it up.
