There are a couple of sellers on the marketplace offering channels that are ready to be monetized. If you have a higher budget you could buy a channel in your niche with an active fan base and build on that (these are more available on account selling forums such as epicnpc or swapd, or you could reach out to channel owners directly with acquisition offers).
