[HELP] Aliexpress help!

Hi All,

so i have a drop shipping business and i have an order come from German, when trying to ship to the customers address it says the character must be in English but as his address has German characteristic i am not able to enter it, how can i fix this issues please

My gut would be to go with the English character and it would be fine, but to be safe why don't you contact Aliexpress support?

Just use the English transliteration of the name? Germans are not stupid, the delivery should be fine..

when translating to English it brings up a different address in German in google

Use general English typing. ! Ö = O and so on.

Can't be,which kind of postcode do you have there?

you won't have any trouble I have some non-English characters in my name and I live in a different country of my origin, and everything is being fine, people still find me, you will be fine too. Just use the English typing as @Meddie says. Ö = O / İ = I / Ü = U like this. easy peasy.
