[HELP] Adsense responded by saying navigation is "misguiding"

AdSense has been a paid after the latest update. It could have to do with a few of the menu options only having one piece of content. Maybe move the menu with Privacy Policy, About Us, etc to the footer. I would just make small changes to the menu and apply after each change. Assuming sites are manually approved after the first submissions, if one person denies because of this minor issue, I'm sure you would get someone who would just approve the site.

I think it's because your menu drops down and covers the whole top of the page which they are afraid it will cover ads and visitors will accidentally click an ad when trying to click a menu link.
I'm just following on the dark mode trend haha, thank you for you feedback though it is much appreciated

Try menu without dropdowns, simple menu sections.
