Regarding point 4... I had 3 websites. 1 very small (less than 10k per month). When leaving ezoic I removed 2 sites, leaving the small site only on premium. Since I removed the 2 bigger sites, the premium reporting showed 10 x the earnings for that 1 site until my premium contract run out. I understand they need to show that premium earns more than it costs but it is basically deceitful.
