wow, that’s a great question.. it depends on what you’re looking for. The things that people look for the most I have to say price and School districts how close they are to there job and finally I’ll say transportation since traffic is a pain here in the Bay Area. As you know the prices here in the bay area is just horrible. It’s one of the most expensive places to live in the United States other than New York. I’m seeing a lot of people moving away from the bay area to the valley or even out of state. Just because of home prices and traffic. But let me know what your price you’re looking for and some more information about what’s more important to you and I can give you a better answer
But for me I will have to say either Palo Alto or Menlo Park because you’re pretty much in the heart of Silicon Valley the only drawback is the price of living. Unless your job is in the tech industry I wouldn’t really recommend moving into the bay area unless you’re financially stable. Because the cost-of-living versus job Salary and childcare that’s where most of your money will go to and of course house payment
I agree hundred %There’s need of some type of correction. Because there’s homes out here that are way overvalued. Maybe we need some sort of a small bubble or at least a correction I’ll start increasing interest rate. Also stop people from big companies from other countries investing in the housing markets
