Yea it will suck at first, and in the end you will probably die of starvation, but it definitely works!

I'm pretty sure that's a myth. In southern European countries they eat and then sleep in the afternoon, called siesta. They should be hella fat according to the theory.

Late night eating should be avoided as it isn't a meal but just snacking.
 
I'm like 15 pounts overweight, but a bad habbit I haven't gotten is drinking soda. That thing is what keeps many people fat because it is full of corn syrup + sugar .
 
Claiming that aspartame increases weight is just false. It's just a myth some people repeat with zero evidence to back it up. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aspartame#Weight_change_and_hunger

It's still another chemical you're putting into your body so I avoid it for that reason alone. However if you're trying to lose weight and you must drink soda you'd be stupid not to drink diet soda.

Clenbuterol, Xenical, Yohimbine HCL, Reductil, Ephedrine, Dmaa...reduce calories, try sport:-)
 
I have a better diet.

Eat as much as possible to the point where your stomach is going to explode, then go to the toilet and poop out more than you ate.

I don't eat breakfast. My biggest meal of the day is dinner (2 - 3 hours before bedtime). I occasionally have diet soda, though I prefer the sugary-version (Coca-Cola ROCKS!). I don't think I'm too fat.

This is not to show off (okay, maybe a little...), but mainly to show the BHW members that what the OP posted is not very accurate.

By the way, a lot of your "facts" are simply not true OP (I'm a med student).
