My only concern with this niche is if there is a market to selling the website or project. For me, amazon niche websites have worked the best and there is plenty on buyers for such websites because they offer predictable earnings to some extend. Also looking over website and online business marketplaces like empireflippers you will notice the FBA (fulfilled by amazon) business sell at the highest multiple and are some of the most sought after type of online businesses.

But I'm not saying this to discourage you in any way, on the contrary I have met a lot of people at various conferences doing very well in this niche and there always seems to be a lot of space.

And I do recommend you start a journey thread. Should be interesting.
