I don't think cholesterol cause heart attack. Calcium does. To absorb calcium use k2 / D3 means lots of lot greeeeens!

How much cholesterol (lipid you got )

i know back in 2017 it was 5.6 - but there running more
blood tests soon for that

since I have read this thread I stopped to smoke cigarettes. its tough man, but my father had a heartattack too 10 years ago so there is a chance to get also one one day....

I must excercise more and not sitting the whole fuckin day in front the computer.

fuck man but everything tastes so good.

can some one recommend electronic cigarettes or is it useless?

3 weeks since my heart attack - quit smoking
changed my diet and sleeping patterns.
doctor ran a few blood tests, he said they came
back normal sugar / cholesterol / normal

so 100% the reason for my heart attack and stent
valve surgery was caused by smoking. ill never touch
another cigarette

Smoking is a real bitch. My father died at 49 from a ruptured aneurysm (stroke), he smoked 2 packs a day. Most of his life he preferd to smoke no-filter cigarettes. He was a sportsman in his youth and died with a six pack, no fat, no belly. He was not a drinker, one beer from time to time.

My paternal grandfather also died of a second stroke at 64. He used to smoke 2 packs/day, even after the first stroke. No drinking either.

On the other hand, my uncle used to be (and still is) a heavy drinker, he's 76 now and with big heart problems, two surgeries, valves replaced, diabetes etc. He's still alive, but he never smoked (maybe one pack/year when he was younger?).

I smoke IQOS now but I think I need to get my shit together and quit.

Keep it healthy and stay away from bad habits!

Tuesday morning 7 am, was rushed into hospital for a heart attack
they have inserted 4 stents into my heart through my left arm which
has gone a bit black. long road back
smoking, DONE WITH.
shitty food, Done with.

Hope you get well soon my friend its the element of surprise too with these things. Not nice atall. Keep well!

when god sends you a message , you either change
or you may not get a 2nd chance. im going with change.

no smoking / new diet / better sleeping pattern.

Serrapeptase is not a pain medication. It's probably one of the most popular heart supplements for clearing out arteries and preventing and help heart disease. Best of luck on your recovery.

Feels like it was longer ago than that. I guess it's just overall been a crazy couple of years. Anyway, glad you're still ticking. Hope to read an excellent update from you in a couple weeks.

Nice going man. I quit cigarettes 7-8 years ago. The freedom is amazing.

I also cut down sodas and colas

Keep kicking ass. Great going.

Wow time fly by so fast, I remember this post just like it was a while ago. Glad you are doing better now ;)
I hope I can quit smoking without experiencing all of this :/

@SOCOM it is a pain medication

What does serrapeptase do for your body?
Serrapeptase is an enzyme that's been used in Japan and Europe for decades
for pain and inflammation. It may also decrease your risk of infections, prevent
blood clots, and aid certain chronic respiratory diseases.7 Feb 2019
