Heart attack send by god! to remember you have heart, and also give a message to maintain a healthy body without bad habits. ex: drinking alcohol, using junk food everyday, and also smoking.
 
checkout on milk thistle / garlic / turmeric those are really good for heart. Anyway when you expericing CAD how old you > care to share :D .. vitamin D3 and k2 also helps to de calcify your artries.
 
My grandpa had his first heart attack when he was 49. He turned 81 this year and still rocking. Get well soon, mate!
 
Yeah you right.. Back then in 2013 my father got one and by god grace he is doing good. It can be bad if you are diabetic as my father is. It needs shit tons of clearance before doctors goes for the angioplasty.

I wish for your speedy recovery man.

You're gonna be fine. My dad had very similar a few years back but he's still here and now healthier than ever because of the kick up the bum it gave him.
