I tried 100 of times, yt removes the video immediately or with in hours.

It will ultimately receive a copyright strike from the "real" owner very soon. I have faced this as well. I was not even into movie clips. I was into funny video memes which used clips from movies and tv shows. A few (like 20%) of them made some good money but others got killed before they could do anything significant.
If you have deep pocket, try something (i mean, if you are willing to take it to the court).. otherwise, do something better man. Copyright is a thing... I mean something that can be a pita.
Perhaps go into content creation. Lots of Indians are making good money with it (e.g. mr who the boss or someone like that who makes gadget review videos).

That should be anywhere from $750 to $1000 if he was using adsense.
Btw, you never know who actually owns the ads right? Perhaps the owner claimed copyright, but displayed ads instead of taking the video down?
