We all want to dominate rankings, right?
This guy has reach a different level of "domination".

How the hell he does that?

I searched for "best x y" kw and i got this website literally dominating the serps.
Have a look. 8 out of 10 spots are from the same website. On live serps he lost the 8th position to 10th, but that's about it.

It seems a "big guy"

Anyway, maybe there are very less results that query can return, post the URL?

If you see the DR UR it looks, it has a high amount link juice from the relevant domain.
Quality Content and well-optimized on-page SEO played a major role. It's all beginning with selecting the niche with the low competition keyword.

This:

Am pretty sure there are large companies going after several high-end niches these days by throwing money left and right till they can "Crack the code".

Better Seo, Lot's of work done in off-page seo

It's apparent the domain has strong backlinks.
DR and UR over 70 is no jokes

How can one website have 8 places in top 10.

Are those serp results show different pages or same page from that website.

They are different articles/different pages. I searched for best X for Y kw and it came up with this.
This is a huge website by the way. When i performed site:domain.com it came with around 4500 results.
I`m going to investigate a bit more, it has some interesting seo practices :)

With 4500 results indexed i would b shocked if i didn't own the first page. He is doing the right things. To get 4500 pages indexed aint a cheap exercise. If the site is all under one niche its very possible.

Google gone crazy.

What happened to no serp result from same website?

What about duplicate content?

Having 4500 indexed has nothing to do with 8 pages in serp for some query.

I'm also seeing this in my niche too. One of my competitors dominates 2 and sometimes 3 spots on the serps for some keywords.

These pages are targeting the same keywords. Google is really fucked up. I thought they don't allow duplicate contents? How is this happening?

Like someone else said, DA over 70 is no joke.

I would love to take a look at this keyword for myself, please send it to me if possible :)

Seems like the May update favors high authority websites in many niches.

The domain definitely looks authoritative. I think 8/10 is pushing though and it will be rectified soon.

Were you tracking them before the update? It would be interesting to know if it was the case then.
