hawkhost or interserver?

hello, guys
i'm planning on making adult content site
currently hawkhost is on my mind and interserver i like them, and they are affordable, but i don't know which one i should go for.
I'm totally a beginner so i don't know.
any help or suggestions about other affordable and good web hostings ?

I don't have experience in Interserver, but on Hawkhost I have and that's not a good one. One of my client website down for almost one week. I have never experience something like this on other hosting
