$0.04 per opt in seems REALLY low. I've never done any android app promotion (maybe will soon) but I know of CPA companies that offer well over $1 per opt in. You need 7500 (or more because you said UP TO $0.04) installs/opts to get $300. You guys may want to get some new offers.
