Have i been shadow banned???

Hello Guys!..
I just started a new journey on Instagram am currently at 7k followers but I have an issue .

For the past few days when I follow people they get unfollowed automatically....

Let me explain!, I follow 60 people in an hour, they all get notified that I followed them, 30min later they all get unfollowed Automatically.

Note: I have no bot working on my account, I do it all manually and Instagram haven't given me any notification of been ban from flowing!..

What could be wrong guy!.
Answers needed!
