Drop happened from 19th September to 22 September. After which it has stabilized. Any idea how to reverse this drop guys? The niche of this blog is surgery. I want your inputs on this. Thanks in advance as always.

I am also hit. It's a strange update. Many websites with hundreds of thousands of impressions are hit losing about 60% of their traffic. I think there are still unofficial updates applied (see the one from October 27). I don't know how to proceedfa.jpg
 
Looks like usual google dance. Websites that are hit by an update don't recover that fast.
 
Help me with a question. I use 20 tags in the sidebar (Articles and categories) in WordPress. Do you consider this ok or bad from your experience? If it is bad, can you argue please? Thank you!
 
Yes. It got hit, a sudden decrease in traffic is a hit. Keep adding content, it may recover, even faster.
 
I also have fluctuations in my rankings this week.
