Has anyone used mobpartner with instagram?

I know that they don't allow instagram traffic. I'm looking for a way to monetize my traffic with mobpartner without getting banned. I don't know exactly how it can be done, traffic cloaking or something like that but if someone has any idea please post below or add me on skype. I can be your referral or whatever. Thank you.
