Has anyone had to do facebook's photo verification?

I had a few ad campaigns running from my facebook business account for my dropshipping website. Facebook locked my account and made me send a photo of myself (which I did). I have been waiting a day and a half and they have not yet unlocked my account. Money is still being taken out of my account for the ads I have running. This is obviously a problem. Has anyone been in this situation? How long should it take to verify my photo?

I did once and got a reply like "you're too fucking ugly mate". They charged me U$ 1500 ugly person fee and released my account.

Totally happened.

I'm glad you could be so completely unhelpful and rude

This also happened to me. They took 3-4 days before approving the photo and unblocking the account. I literally searched for "middle aged man" and took one of the very first pictures, cropped it and edited it a bit. If you used your own picture it will definitely be approved, just be patient and wait a bit longer before contacting them.

It was just a joke. Since no one can really add any value to this discussion anyway, if you got ID verified there's nothing you can do except send them a photo of your beautiful self.
