Hard Updating wordpress post vs Google penalty?

I have a question:

Can google penalize my website if I update my posts too much?

I usually update one of my posts like 9 times on average of 3 hours.

Can this have any negative impact on my website in the SERP?

idk about the impact, but for sure you won't be penalized
Here's some example of websites that change all the time:

• Forums: new threads, posts so links changed and content as well...
• Live analysis: take COVID-19 analysis websites for example, as many others
• News websites
• Blogs

So, you shouldn't worry at all in fact, but you should consider the impact of this!

No, you will not be penalized. In fact, Google expect posts to be frequently updated.

You should not be penalized for doing such. However, I'm curious to know why such frequent posting.

What’s wrong with you you should not update it so many times in one day, there’s no penalty as such but don’t do it
