have the same issue, first ad (for warmup) is getting approved , on the next day i'm making my "money' ad - its getting approved too, then after couple minutes ad accounts gets disabled,
I have it like this since 2 weeks, can't run sht, cloaker doesn't help, im justs burning ads accounts one by one , Ads are 'greyhat' but the lander have privacy policy, tos, disclaimers, etc,
seems like they tweaked something again because my setup was working for over a month with excellent ROI
