Handling Negative Reviews & Feedback

You'd think it is common sense, but that is too uncommon these days. You don't have to deeply love your customers, but you definitely should care for them. A one time sale is pretty easy to pull off, but reputation carries a long way and a good one will help you get repeat business.

Calling customers names or not taking their issues seriously (even if you feel they are not issues) will not make you successful

Female profiles statistically attract more sales in online marketplaces or at least more attention than males. So I gotta say.... congratulations to your sex change, buddy! :D

Anyways, that's not the point of why I directed your attention to this thread.... oh right... deflections.

Awesome advice will definitely help for future cases that may occur.

I've personally never had any major issues with customers all of them usually get resolved before things get too out of control.

And credible source for this ? It may work in offline cases but in online deals, you do not even get to see the person.

This is great advice. I'm constantly seeing butthurt sellers on the Amazon forums. The worst is when the seller replies with a snarky comment.

Not only will it get you repeat business, but it'll get you referrals too, and referrals are way easier to convert into paying clients. Referrals not only trust you from the get-go because they heard about you from someone they trusted, but because they know you conduct yourself as a professional.

While this thread was geared more toward sellers of this forum, I think the advice is general enough to be applicable anywhere.

Love this post. I was just reading up on how people handle negative feedback and even fraudulent buyers. I think that should also be a topic the different types of fraud that happen on ebay and how to handle it.

Very informative writeup Zwielicht. Kill them with Kindness works everytime ;)

Hello!

I saw this thread very well.
Please tell me how to be in the following situation.

The fact is that the scammers appeared in the telegram. They have similar contacts and gullible users give them their money, and then they come to my thread and start accusing me of cheating them. Even though I didn't even communicate with them!
This is a big problem for my business.

How to deal with this? Is it possible to achieve the removal of such "reviews"

wow thats amazing for any newbie
