As you can see on the image, percentage of linking domain with a spam score of 1-30% = 100.0%, what does this mean?? is this a good thing or a bad thing? please explain, im confused

It means that your website backlinks are mostly spammy backlinks. So it is better to remove them

No need to worry. It means your site has less than 30% of spammy backlinks now. But try to get backlinks of high TF and less CF domains and you are good to go.

You shouldn't be worrying about Spam score from Moz. It's useless and it shows a lot of sites to be spammy. Just ignore it and build more quality links!

Answer to your question: The site you entered is carrying very low number of spam flags or spammy inbound links which is good. So you don't need to worry now because Spam Score Status is showing good under or less than 1-30%.

Spam Score by Moz is a part of the Mozscape API. Moz points the sites which are firing a lot of spam flags as a great warning sign or spammy site.
i.e. Sites with more number of spam flags will have more probability of Spam Score and will be counted as Spammy or penalized site by Google.

In my opinion that's a good feature by Moz to apply while link cleaning or disavowing backlinks. Like if you need to analyse your site's backlinks profile you can start a campaign and clean up linking from the domains having high spam score.
