by downloading it or something i don't know its the same exact video with no edits, i can understand people using it in a review or remix but taking my video and claiming it as their own is not right

Are you jonnieross on YT? I only see one comment on the vid that claims this was re-upped. Nothing we can do here unless this guy's on BHW. If that's the case, post them on the Shit List. If not, you gotta take this up with YT administrators. You need to provide some kind of proof this video is yours. Just claiming it is yours isn't proof. As stated above by another member, you could just be trying to eliminate the competition. Sorry man, but all we can give you is advise. YT isn't BHW.
