I'm not sure I got what you mean. You want to automate the sending to these 1000 emails, is that right?
Correct

sir i understad all steps except step 1 how to find leads on linked in if i want to find clients for wordpress website development how to find it any referal video or post please which will help me Thank You
Hey @2xdswu - thanks for your feedback.
1 - Kleanleads has several features. In addition to being an email finder, it lets you scrape their database. Now I'm not sure how often it is updated. Thus, I usually use LinkedIn + Phantombuster then Kleanleads (or another finder) instead of directly using Kleanleads. With that being said, you can use Kleanleads directly without using Phantombuster. There are other alternatives to find emails such as FindThatLead, Dropcontact & Anymail finder. About Phantombuster, you usually don't need more than 30 min a day with the search export.
2 - Their pricing is displayed at the bottom of the page. There's is a $47 plan for 1000 found email addresses and a $97 plan that lets you find an unlimited amount of email addresses.
@Shyout I just PMed you.
Hey @Shyout ! I got the job.
Mainly, it was with the help of the Free Trial Sales Navigator that I learned from your thread. It was easy to find the exact leads that I needed for the assessment.
Well, thank you! Lead generation and email outreach is new to me, so I'll keep learning here.
Thank you for getting back to me, I now understand the use cases for both tools now. Phantombuster is more for searching the leads effectively and fast while using kleanleads to ensure I'm able to retrieve the right person POC(point of contact) for their email.
I'm currently in the process of warming up my email with the purchase of a new domain right now for doing cold emailing, I've found that personalized email to be the go-to as of now would be the best approach for an Asian country that I'm currently in which can create a certain impact and disruption as an eCommerce enabler(Almost to none specialize eCommerce agencies competitor).
That being said I'd like to personalize each and every one of my emails manually writing and research my prospect but however, I'd like to also make sure it hits inbox and check on the stats and follow up.
Would woodpecker be something that can help me with that, because from what I see I can personalize to a certain extent such as their name, company, etc.
however I'm unable to find a way with woodpecker to actually personalize such as (company history, their website issues, and/or the POC hobby etc) to each of the 1st emails with follow ups (with personalization as well).
Would you suggest me using Gmail with a productivity tool instead of I can CSV import a lead list with its personalized email + follow-up personalization after my initial research?
It'd be great if you could give me some sort of suggestion.
P.S. I'm not looking to do this at scale with automation when sending email, I'd like to ensure each email hit the POC inbox to be well personalized with better response and scale with manpower doing the research and copywriting instead with automation.
Actually, without your guide and that free Sales Navigator, I'm telling you, I wouldn't pass the assessment. LOL. So thank you again! That's f**king great! Happy to hear that. Let me know if you have other questions. Happy to orient you towards great resources![]()
Thank you so much, I will definitely give woodpecker a try once the two week period of email warm up has been over.Yes, Woodpecker and any other automation sending tool can help you with that. What you'll do is that you'll add a custom tag. On Lemlist for example, you can add an {icebreaker} tag where you can put your personalized sentence. With Woodpecker (and all others), you can add some custom information that you'll dynamically input inside of your email.
Even if you don't plan to do it at scale, using an automation solution will be helpful to automate follow-ups and to keep your outreach organized![]()
Nice share, thanks 4 your postI got the inspiration from a question I received in my DMs. This is geared to people offering B2B services.
If you've seen some of my posts, you might have noticed I talk a lot about Cold Emails.
This is because, it's by far, my favourite way to generate clients and I believe it is an underrated channel when used correctly.
The only issue is that you need a lot of tools to get started. The good news is that cold email software is a very competitive industry, this means that a lot of tools offer a trial version. We will take advantage of that to get started.
1/ The first step of your lead generation process is to source & filter an audience. You'll need the LinkedIn Sales Navigator (= the premium version of LinkedIn). The good news is that they offer a 30-DAYS trial version (cost = $0).
2/ Second step will be to extract your lead searches from LinkedIn to some Excel/Google Sheets. You'll need a tool such as Phantombuster to do this at scale. Once again, good news: they offer a 14-DAYS trial (cost = $0)
3/ Third step will be to get the email addresses from your leads. Kleanleads let you do that and they offer a 7-DAYS trial (cost = $0)
4/ Once you have your list of email addresses, you'll need to verify them to ensure that the emails are valid. EmailListVerify allows you to verify 100 emails for free. Zerobounce also. Same for: VerifyBee, TrueMail.
5/ Now you want to insert your clean list of email addresses to an email sending tool that will automate your email sending and follow-ups. Use Woodpecker for that. Alternatives: Klenty, Reply, Lemlist. They all offer a 14-DAYS trial (cost = $0)
6/ Finally, you will want to warm up your email address to make sure you don't land in spam. Use Warmupinbox for that. They have a 7-DAYS trial (cost = $0)
The only issue is that you'll need to set up a domain and an email address from which to send. This can be done with less than $20.
That's it for now. For those who wish to get started with Cold Emails, I recommend the Cold Email Mastery (paid) course from Cold Email Wizard. If you don't have any money to spend just yet.
Cheers![]()
