Can you use the channels for KW optimization, like if you want to increase the SEO for shirts, can you name the channel shirts and put the link you want to optimize in there?
Also can you keep posting on the channel like how you do on instagram?

Hi, my money sites start with a number and telegram won't allow me to create a link starting with a number. Is there any way I can still benefit from the link?

how long it takes to index it?...any advise to index it faster?
