Let me be honest, these visits are low if you want to make serious cash. This post will help you pull more by dedicating like 2 hours of work daily.
What you should do first?
Upgrading to a VPS or a Dedicated Server first is the step to be taken first. You do not want your site to grow to 10,000 - 50,000 visitors just to have your web host suspend you.

What will you be doing to pull traffic?
- Create free blogs for your website first, this is easy, basically create a parasite/buffer site for your main one.
- Create free blogs and some twisted backlinks using a small twist from content already on BHW for each video you share on your money website.

The more, the better. What you actually will be doing, is using your video keywords for the title of these blogs, do some on page SEO to them and you can later blast them with backlinks.
Each one of these will forward the traffic to your main post where the actual video with advertisements is.
For this to be more helpful, you can twist @Rachmaninoff's methods for backlinks (ton of them).

What to post on the WEB 2.0 or the blog/source that the above wonderful member shared?
You can post any shit, low quality content or whatever you can scrape/find, but i recommend you to create contextual backlinks with related keywords to your video, with a link to your original website where the video is.
Instead of putting a naked link, on some of the blogs (where possible), just make a snapshot of a fake player. dooPlay has this Fake Player feature, so when you activate it, just crop the player. Or you can just a cool sample i will share below.

This is a very basic method, noob friendly and easy, you can do this manually and just repeat again and again, if you look for more BHW posts, you will find a way to automate this.
