Great share buddy. would like to know if this method can be implemented without spending?

Unfortunately, not likely.

There is a cost for Scrapebox, DomDetailer and Ahrefs.

That stated, get creative and look at how many ways you can generate income from this method.

Generally speaking, there are people who would rather pay for such a service than do this themselves, hint.

Great share OP. Didn't expected that Scrapebox part.
How many guest posts you were getting on a monthly basis from this method?

If i get 3 months avg, With one resource working 8 hours on weekdays i get on an avg of 20-25 guest post in a month for my sites.

This is a great guide op, just what I was looking for.

Is mailshake an online emailing service? I mean, can you send mails through their servers, or you have to use your own?

You will have to link your mail account to Mailshake, cpanel email also works linking them via gmail account. i have done my reseach and i couldnt find a better tool for email outreach. gmass is also there but you can not set limit on sending mails on hourly basis.

"Under historical it shows 91,483 referring domains, go ahead and download these ref. domains."

any idea if you don't have ahrefs how this can be done ... somehow with SB ???

There are many group seo buy, this would be a cheaper option for you if you have limited usage and dont want to invest in full plan.

A good way to build list for you niche relevancy. Nice Share OP!
Great write up, never thought of using scrapebox, will do now, cheers
Nice work on the write up, op. Thanks for shairing this. Will save some bucks for sure.
Thank You for sharing such a wonderful information here.
awesome......
Superb guide. I made a promise not to bookmark any more pages from BHW as I already have hundreds to read. Looks like I have to break my promise.

Thanks Everyone.

So you can set up a gmail account and connect that to mailshake right?

That would be good for me. The problem I had before, sending via a cpanel email account, was that my provider had a bounced email limit of something low like 5 per hour. So even if I staggered the emails if I happened to have 5 bad email addresses within an our, then it would screw things up.

Sending via gmail I think would be better. Although I don't know what their limits are like, I dont think they are strict as that are they?

Yes, you can send mails from gmail also, however what i do is, i add cpanel id as an alias in my gmail account and then link it with mailshake, i do it because you get much better reply rate for guest post when you send mails from your main domain.

i use hostgator for email and didnt face any issue, when you create an email account, increase the number gradually, infact i mailshake for cold calling also, so far it has been my favorite tool for bulk mailing.

That segment in the process with ScrapeBox saves a lot of time for sure. I am using other approaches for prospecting, but your thread makes me to try out your process.

Regarding the follow up, I think 4 times is too much, most people got annoyed from all these nudging emails and some of them mark the emails as spam.

Just curious, when you said that for 8 hours of prospecting you get 20-25 publications on average, how many emails you send on average to achieve that?

Yes, Scrapebox is a great time saver, i forgot to mention that you only need to harvest 1 or 2 results from these sites as 1st result will be regarding guest post so no point scraping the whole site.

4 follow up are over a month, i dont think its annoying as people do respond to the follow up and i make them personal so it feels that its a personal conversion going on, hence i dont think anyone is going to mark it spam, better would be to just reply - Not interested...

well on number of mails, dont ask, i really dont count and i dont care, i need the end result so i ask my staff to give me final output, also number of mails will also not matter if staff is doing a better job in creating an outreach mail and personalizing it properly. but one thing i can share is that staff has nothing to do whole day than cleaning data and uploading it in mailshake for outreach.

its full automation and i love it. guest post has been my favorite link building technique.

Awesome I'm going to try your way of work. I would like to ask have you used Atomic Email Hunter and what can say about it.

Great inside here.

But I suggest you better using LinkAssistant or similar tool. It does everything you implemented but in one click. Of course if your budget allows this.

Good info. It's something that I've been using as well.

These days, most bloggers would charge you a fee for posting on their blog.

I've had quotes from $80 to $350 depending on the sites traffic and DA.

Nice technique! Thank you for sharing, I wasted so much money on Seo services until I found this forum :P

Can you tell me about cf or pa da by which you filter these domains? What filters and what > numbers do you filter out?

Here you use many tools.
If we want to do without any tool than how we can do best?

Tanks for the wonderful share. If possible can you share your email template as well.

Thanks for a valuable information sharing....
How much cost for sing post a blog on DA 42 and PA 40 website

@ OP thanks mate
that's some easy automation for saving a hell of a lot of time for us white hatters...

Just a question though...
You said your team

Are they VA's you trained yourself or you sourced them somewhere?
will you suggest any sources for getting the guest posts written from? what did you use to do before getting a team together?

There was a time when guest posting was an alien technique for me and I use to buy guest post for my sites. And guest posts are way too expensive, I was paying between $70-$100 for a good guest post. The drain on my resources was tremendous. So I day when it got too much I decided to dive into the world of guest posting myself, and learn how to save my precious money.

I have learned a lot over years from this forum, so today I am sharing my guest posting technique via which I get the good quality guest post that has same or even better authority than those I was buying.

Also, this process will allow you to automate the guest posting process as much as possible, while keeping the quality intact, allowing you to scale up your guest posting efforts at minimal cost.

So here goes the method I use.

Step 1: The easiest and quickest way to find sites in your niche which accept guest post is to find popular sites in your niche. For example, if your site is food niche, find top sites in food niche.

For example – if I run a food blog and I want to do the guest post for my blog here is step by step process how I find the guest post.

Go to google and find – list of top food blogs
stb8dEy

Click 2-3 results and start collecting blog/sites from it. list them in excel or notepad.

Step 2: Then you can put all the blog sites in dom detailer to check how many ref domains these sites are getting, you can use majestic or any other tool of your choice, I use dom.

Step 3: Now this is a good list and you can start one by one, I like to take the sites which have high no of referring domains.

For this example I have taken – thekitchn

Under historical it shows 91,483 referring domains, go ahead and download these ref. domains.

KNBnLmC

Step 4: Once you have downloaded the ref domain sheet, go ahead and filter it on domain rating basis to remove domains which you don’t want to target such as youtube, amazon, wordpress, Wikipedia etc. You can manually delete them as well, I like to filter them.

Using filter you can set which min or max domain rating sites you wish to target. You can see below screen how I do it.

rHc7opc

Step 5: You can further clean the url list for removing .gov or .edu sites or free blog sites. I use scrapebox to do that.

Once you clean your list, load it on scrapebox. Using scrapebox we will find if we can also get a backlinks from these sites who have given a backlink to thekitchn.

Lets Harvest, using below guest post foot prints –

"guest Post"

"write for us"

"guest article"

zBQDHok

Once completed you will get all the potential guest post sites –

26ILurV

Export them to excel and filter, you will get 1000s of sites which accept guest post.

Incase you don’t have scrapebox, you can do this task manually and can get the same result.

Step 6: Once you have all the sites which are accepting guest post, ask your staff to collect the names and email ids from the websites. I like to create a database of it for future use, I ask my staff to collect all this info manually for maximum accuracy.

Step 7: Once you have all the email data, you can set a email outreach campaign through mailshake or Gmass, I like mailshake as you can limit the no of emails going every hour so we can control the sending and also maintain email delivery rate.

Using mailshake, I set 3-4 follow up and I follow up almost a month, and 35-40% conversions I get by the automatic follow up which I set from mailshake.

Hope this help in your guest posting, let me know If you have any questions regarding my process.

I'm a newbie to using scrapebox.
What search engines do you use when harvesting or all are fine?
