It is ok in my opinion. If you want traffic then it is not a good option. But if you are getting it to improve your DA then it is totally fine.

If the domain has some authority, go for it - u will earn a backlink.

Don’t buy backlinks from overspammed sites with no traffic for more then 10$
they have almost the same value as free placements

Its waste of money, because if a website has zero traffic then what is the purpose to submit the content on that site.

Situation is "IF these blogs provide HIGH-QUALITY CONTENT", If not it is worthless. Also, the trap is if you're the 1st few members on the list.

Check its RDs, if there are trash google redirection links. Then don't waste your money.

With those metrics and the price, it's not a real site, but just a link-selling platform.
A straightforward sign of shady link building in Google's eyes has to be if your site is getting lots of "powerful" links from 0-traffic sites.
Quality does not come cheap.

0 Traffic site not worth $25. For that you can post free guest post available in google few traffics for free guest post sites.
