Hi there, when buying guest post what should I be looking for? I found a DA of 33, PA of 37, 43 external links to page and 3 years old. It is niche related to my website. Is that good? How should I use my anchor?

Yes it is good looking metrics. Also check the CF, TF and Moz too.

That's decent. You might want to be more proactive in how your guest post is tagged and categorized. When building backlinks, use your brand name as your main anchor. Keep the 'money keywords' to the very best guest post sources.
