GSA SER / SEO Expert for a project

Hey guys,
I have a website which I would like to get rank on google competitive keywords (selling social media services). I know there are multiple packages here on the Marketplace, but I would like to do it manually with the help of an expert.

I already own GSA SER and ScrapeBox (in case I need it), so I would just need help to configure it. I already played with it setting it up for a simple site, but nothing complicated with web 2.0 only and some other terms that I am not sure about.

So as I previously said, my goal would be to rank my website, with the help and the supervision of someone that I could pay per hour or something like that.

If there is anything else like softwares or things I have to get or buy, I would be down for that also.

Hey mate, thanks for your answer, ive already looked into those video but they wont go in-depth and like they mention, it's different for each website, so I fell that everytime I am sending backlink, I fell like I am doing it wrong, that it should be more structured.

Any other ?
