GSA is a company. People mistakenly refer to an automated link building product known as GSA Search Engine Ranker (GSA SER, or just SER) as GSA. Just google gsa ser verified list

using GSA as tier 2, which option do you guys recommend:
option 1: send articles, wiki, url shortner, comments, forum profile, etc to your tier 1 links
option 2: create articles and wikis as tier 2, and then send comment, url shortners, forum profiles and etc (as tier 3) to your tier 2 (article, wiki)
