i keep scratching my head and still cannot figure this out: how can you get quality backlink from using an automation tool?

Yeah, it's giving me shit tons of links when creating tier 2,3,4 links etc.. Its having trouble finding tier 1 links.

Some birds told me that RankerX does a great job for Tier 1
