SER will post to what you tell it to, provided that SER can post to the cms you’re telling it to post to. So, if you can find websites which meet your criteria of “quality,” and your content is “quality” then it will post “quality” links.

I know that, but how do you target "quality" links on that software. I have that software

Yeah, it's giving me shit tons of links when creating tier 2,3,4 links etc.. Its having trouble finding tier 1 links.

Some birds told me that RankerX does a great job for Tier 1
