GSA Auto Website Submitter

Hello Fam,

I just started some new micro-niche sites and GSA Auto Website Submitter was the recommended tool in order to build strong links quickly.

My question is this:

Has anyone used this tool? Is this the best tool out there for building links? It looks pretty dated to me. Just looking for some information on the tool or a better tool for the fastest way to build social profiles etc.
