Growth Stats and Requesting Advice on Monetization

So I started this Instagram account and have been growing organically for the most part until recently. Over the past few days I've tracked my growth using FollowLiker and I would like to know BHW's opinion of my growth and whether it should be faster or not. I've been doing around 200 likes a day for about 5 days.

11/2 - 79.5k
11/3 - 79.7k
11/4 - 79.8k
11/6 - 80.2k

Some general information about the account: the max amount of likes I've received has been 6k likes (average is 3-4k) and the account is in the Sports Niche (more specifically, NBA basketball player). Just comment if you have any more questions and I will respond promptly.

Now comes to the reason for this post. I would like some advice on monetizing this account because I have close to no experiencing monetizing Instagram or anything online really. I don't want to do shoutouts though because that would really ruin the integrity of the account. There be a reward for someone who can actually help me make any money on this account. I've heard of CPA's but I wouldn't know where to start with that. I don't have a business or anything to promote on it either, yet.

Where should I look for these CPA offers? Is there a goto place that BHW users go to or Instagrammer's go to? Or should I do some googling and try some out?

Found an offer that will be perfect for my instagram, what type of offers should I shy away from to not get banned? The offer I have is entering an email address to win an NBA jersey.
