Grow Local Instagram

I'd like to hire someone to grow a local Instagram. My plan is to make it a type of shoutout page that posts hot items, accounts and things acrosss the city and ultimately have it to a level where it's growing and people are paying me to be featured.

I live in city that's growing at a rapid pace, so it can be a big deal in the future.
