Use the Apify Facebook Groups Scraper library. This is a very powerful real-time data collection tool that can bypass Meta's security layers, but it requires knowledge of APIs or basic programming.

Depending on the information you need to collect, there are suitable tools. I usually use PhantomBuster and DataMiner to collect data from Facebook groups.
