Green Cloud MassPlanner Optimized VPS?

Currently I am using the budget $8/month VPS through them for running one account on FollowLiker. I want to expand now to over 50 accounts, and was introduced to their MassPlanner Optimized VPS. Wouldn't it just make more sense to upgrade my current budget windows VPS? What's so special about theMassPlanner Optimized VPS?

Upgrade if you are planning to scale up your accounts as their budget vps tend to lag a lot

All it says is that such VPS will have "latest CPU" (too vague), good network and some pre-installed tools. Not worth it IMO if you can get a better config/price deal somewhere. For $22/mo you can get a dedicated server from Kimsufi and install windows (google how to do that).
