ASIC Miners are the way to go, AMD and other GPU stocks are going through the roof which is making GPU mining obsolete.

Miner right here, been in since 2015. Depending on what you're looking to buy (fully assembled, or just GPUs) I might be able to help you find the right store.

*Edit: Prices are absolutely ridiculous right now though.
 
Looking to get access to about 100 GPUs for Mining. Looking to pay for it's placement.
 
Where are we setting up will depend on where they are shipping from.
 
In just past two months gpu prices have doubled. Its a sellers market right now.

If you can get on bitmain’s list pre-order their next batch of a9’s. Buy 5 at least if you can.
 
What about the ability to rent Nvidia miners?
 
I'm definitely happy that I purchased a 1080ti months ago for $825 (from BestBuy). Right now they're selling for $1,000-$1,300 on eBay which is crazy but the demand is skyrocketing due to the ever-growing "GPU mining" market.
