This is one specifically is an Instagram Marketing service, and I usually end up upselling a lot of clients on additional Instagram related services, such as Auditing their account, developping a content/engagement strategy and those sorts of things. I can confidently say that one of the biggest keys to Fiverr and literally selling any type of service online is all in the conversation, in portraying the value you can give and genuine help you can provide in order to solve a person's problem, or get them closer to their goal.
So I really didn't know what happened that made my gig completely lose traffic. I still had a few orders the past 30 days, but much fewer than in August and the beginning of September. However, I do suspect that 2 generally bad reviews that I received around that time might have been the case. They were 1 star and 2-star reviews I think, and the clients were angry that I wasn't able to boost their IG page - which wasn't possible with the shit content that they were posting, but they couldn't understand that haha.
One more thing happened which I thought didn't have anything to do with rankings at all. I had a buyer on a revision that I didn't complete for a whole 30+ days period
I delivered a top-quality service and they were satisfied, but somehow they chose to contact me to ask a question by opening a revision. I answered in the general chat, and then completely forgot about the revision as I was busy with other things and had few orders so I wasn't online on Fiverr that much. At times I saw that it was there but for some reason never got around to closing it. Then I came back to it a few days ago, and thought "Hmm maybe Fiverr has completely hated me for the past 30 days because I've had a revision open for that long". And so I closed it, and boom. Started getting messages and orders again.Honestly, not very proud of this as it probably was pretty stupid to leave the revision open for that long, but I genuinely thought that it had no impact. Boy was I so wrong. I still chose to post this as the highest I've ever gone in impressions was like 1.2k, and I found it very interesting that Fiverr blessed me with such a drastic boost after an apparently "negative" event which was holding the revision for so long. Also cause I found the graph fucking hilarious when I first looked at it
