    I tried to purchase 100,000 subscribers for a client who wanted more than I could offer, so I wanted to see if gothboy could actually do the 100,000 real subs. Boy was I in for a fucking let down and waste of time.

    To give you a brief rundown of this, it started where I paid and he then kept giving me the run around on when he would start the order. He says few hours, it ends up being 12-24 hours. Its always the complete opposite of what he says. He then delivers half the order, they all drop and he strings me along for another 36 hours or so saying he will refill it. After about 72 hours after I ordered/paid initially, did I request a refund. He's since refused for every reason under the sun. I told him I'd initiate a dispute which he can refund even if he doesn't have the funds, he refuses.

    As you can see from the chat, I grew more and more agitated with his bull shit and started to get heated. I wasted a week trying to get the order filled or my money back.

    The deal was about 100k subscribers. buying for $1000 from me.
    since he have already posted all the conversation.i will make the main thing clear here.

    there is about $73 difference. which is more than what i have received. I am willing to pay what i have received. but I cant pay more than what i have received.
    I called up customer care in regards to this case. they could not explain or assist as there is no big difference INR/USD graph recently to charge me like this..
    & said they are escalating this case to supervisor, i will have call from them in 24- 72 hrs.
    I have explained him the issue. he is unwilling to understand & all our conversation is repeated just on this.

    as he have chosen paypal as payment option. he is obliged to be patient for paypal to resolve his case. I never said him i will not refund him. besides this case needs to be resolved by paypal.
    & even told him if he does not believes. i will call paypal upfront. he does not want to wait.
    he want it right now. i cant do that.

    he kept asking on to click refund on the dispute.it was charging me the same more than i received.
    that's why i could not initiate refund. & he has got mad over me & posted this shits.

    Find transaction in paypal, click it and then click issue a refund. You will pay exactly how much you received, the paypal will even reimburse you for their fee.

    The exchange rate should not really come into play here as you can just hit the refund button.

    If there is a difference in the rate that is not the fault of the buyer or seller, it is just how things operate.

    If PP is messing with your money that is a PP thing, not a thing with your client.

    its not his fault. & i never said i will not refund him.
    PP has messed up with this transaction. & i have already called customer care in regards to this case but could not assist me.& has been escalated to supervisor.
    I am waiting their call.so he just can wait for PP to resolve this case.

    Which is exactly what I tried to explain to him 150 times. Either way, even if he is charged more for refunding me, that should not be my problem due to an exchange rate. If the exchange went the other way, would he give me the $73 he made off it? I think not. I told him I'd take the $73 loss, to save myself time but he refused that also, so here I am wasting more time. I don't even see a reason to lose $73 now, after having to start this thread etc. that was just so it didn't have to come to this point, but he denied that also.

    Also, @gothboy I love how you keep blaming me for choosing paypal. How can I tell you where you do and do not accept money from? YOU gave me the transaction information, I sent the money. YOU chose paypal, not me, I simply sent where you told me to send...

    That was me telling you that I pay for everything with PayPal... What does that have to do with anything? If accepting paypal was an issue for you, why the hell did you have me send to paypal? Stop trying to blame me for your paypal problems or me sending with paypal. Its your account and YOU chose to accept the payment through paypal.

    When a dispute is opened, PP doesn't give you the option to refund as Heisenb0rg's screen shot shows. Instead there is a note about the open dispute. On the page for the dispute, there should be an option to refund it in full. That is unless it's been escalated to a claim, then he wouldn't be able to refund it. I think Dagreyon could confirm if it's still just at dispute level? (and I'm out, good luck all)

    Edit: If it's at claim level, one option available is to agree with the claim. PP then refunds it, I don't recall if it's instant or after they have investigated it.

    Yes it does... Any dispute, claim, chargeback, etc that is in the resolution center has the option to be refunded. I just looked over my current resolution center and at every single scenario, they all have refund options.

    PP is not the mediator on BHW; we do not take into account what they decide or do not decide.

    I expect you to refund the OP as that was what you agreed to do.

    Thats because theres an open dispute. Go to the resolution center, where my dispute is, click refund and show us where its charging you more money.

    Its very simple what you need to do, I've explained this to you 100 times already, let me try again:
    Login to paypal
    Click resolution center
    Click my dispute
    Click refund
    Press refund

    Its not that difficult, I don't understand why you're having such a hard time doing this. I'm still waiting to see the screen shot where its charging you more for refunding my money.... It will refund the transaction and the fees by pressing refund...

    but paypal is the mediator in this transaction that's what i said.
    the problem is from paypal & has to be resolved by paypal.
