Nah not talking 1 customer lol... MANY customers..

I ship about 15,000 products a week. Some of the shit customers come out with from a customer service standpoint would blow your mind. Good luck :)

Once you start getting customers. Start keeping a log of standard questions & replies you issue when you come to time to expand this helps train up a CS rep much quicker PLUS you can create a knowledge base or FAQ as well for customers to read BUT every customer thinks that does not apply to them and will still mail you anyway ;)
I used to just have copy/paste responses depending on what the customer said.
We'd expect 3% refund rate and 5% customer complaint or query.

Yeah we have 5-6 standard replies to each specific question so it does not come off as "robotic", the CS rep can pick and amend based on that customer. Another complaint (from copy and paste) can be you come off as robotic as a result of the templates or how well crafted or not the replies are.

We also have scripts that CS can adjust to make things a bit more personal.

Copy and paste 100% works just has it drawbacks more so when a % expect something unique and written. Most of the time they just want a reply.

I noticed that you turned blue awhile ago, congrats my dude.

I'm a SaaS builder myself, and I'm about to join the blue side very soon. Did you had any job from the HaF section ?
I'm JrVIp for 4+ years. Not recently. Stopped doing HAF a while ago. But i do get ton of offers all the time. Im just not interested in doing freelance anymore.

FUCK yeah.

I launched the BST less than 2 hours ago.

I've worked on this shit 10 - 16/hours a day for 3 months.

I know this is very childish - I'm just super happy lol

the lounge is where I come to post shit.

Congrats, bro! JavBro!

Hard work always pays off, keep it going. To give you an idea and extra motivation once you take it to another level reach out to App Sumo and operate it as a SaaS, you will be pleasantly surprised to see how much people would jump in and I am not talking about miracles, but you can expect like $100k to $200k after the cuts within a month or two so this could turn to a lifetime opportunity for you.

Congratulations. :)

We did that with our rank tracker back in the day.

You have to heavily discount but you get tons of business; good suggestion for him to get traction and long term business.
